Innovative Myofascial Release Therapy

My great friend - graphic designer made this beautiful ad for my husband's therapy. I just wanted to spread the word out there for those people who are in chronic pain, whatever pain it is, physical, emotional it does not matter, what matters is that is affects our daily life and it does not have to.

This new therapy (Myofascial Release or MFR) can help a lot of people with their health issues. And the trick is that it actually gets to the root of the problem and eliminates it, instead of just treating symptoms. Look through the conditions (more on the web site) that he is treating with no drugs. He has seen amazing results and can't wait to see more.

If you have people in your life who are struggling with migraines, headaches, depression and need help, please pass the word around. Please visit the web site at

For those who live in Eagle Mountain or anyone else who wants to learn more and come ask questions if this therapy can help you Jim is teaching a FREE class on Saturdays. Please RSVP 801-789-6058

Six months old Mr. N and his family.

 Remember this little boy ?

I love taking pictures or Mr. N. I have watched him grow from a tiny little one week old to a six months so far. He is truly a handsome little man. I finally got a chance to capture one of his cute smiles. I think he is warming up to me, it is only taking him oh.. six months or so.

What  a beautiful family! You can see how much they love this little guy.

H. Family

It was nice seeing H. Family again this year. We have enjoyed the beauty of the orchard for their sessions as well. I think it is becoming one of my favorite places to take family pictures in the evening. This place stays colorful all fall. I love it.

Enjoy your pictures! Courtney, you did great with the outfits again. I love those colors!

Boutique photo shoot

This was my first time doing boutique pictures. Let me tell you, IT IS a lot of FUN!
I had three cutest little models that we played dress up with. It was a LOT of work, but editing is just as fun when you have so much color and contrast. I absolutely loved it!

I am so excited to have hands on these beautiful leggings, bloomers and headbands! So if you have a cute little girl like this and want some fabulous pictures taken, I will have most of these accessories available and I can tell you where you can buy them for yourself.

One of my favorites

Another favorite.

F. Family

A couple of weeks ago I got to meet beautiful F. family. Both Mr. and Mrs. F served their LDS missions in Ukraine. It was great to talk a little Russian and think of home and the people there.

Mr. S was the sleepiest little guys I have photographed in a while. His Mom did a fantastic job preparing for the photo session by frequently feeding and keeping the baby awake till I got there. It worked like magic. As soon as I did our first pose he was out for good. I love it when kids cooperate.

We got a lot done during this session. Enjoy your pictures. Send some to Ukraine!

What a beautiful family. Enjoy your new bundle of joy. Pretty soon you will look back at these pictures and think:(I am quoting myself) " he was so little, where did the time go and how come my baby is all grown up?".

Proud Daddy with his son. Love it.

There are lots of favorites, but the pumpkin baby is the winner!
