Remember this beautiful little girl from my mini sessions last fall?

I am so lucky to be her photographer. What a perfect model!!!

It was one of those warm spring evenings where I got about 15 minutes till the sundown with a very beautiful and well behaved little girl. I get to take her pictures couple times a year because she in my niece.

I absolutely LOVE the faded look in the spring photos.

Couple of weeks ago we did a mini shoot with C. Boys. It was again freezing outside so after about 15 minutes of shivering boys we decided to continue on another day in the warmth of a home.

I love this one, I think these two are going to be great friends and buddies when they are older.

This little guy is one of my most photographed babies. Just like his Mom, I think that the first year is the year in which babies change the most and it is so fun to watch them grow and have their personality show more and more in each photo session.

By the way, these dresses if anybody needs some, belong to Miss.B,the mother of these adorable children (just wanted to let people know). We went to the field here in EM and the kids did great except for the fact that the wind picked up and they were too cold. I still think they did good for how cold they were. The little two year old guy was not going to put up with the weather, so we are waiting for it to warm up a bit to do some pictures of him.

I am so lucky to live in the place where we have babies galore, and they are all that good looking, it must be Eagle Mountain water.

Taking pictures with these beauties is challenging and FUN! It is almost Always more work when what i bargain for, but all worth it when I am done.

Remember this little girl from 9 months ago?

Well, she has grows a lot and gained a couple of pounds. Miss K. is a baby of a friend of mine from Ukriane she was the first to participate in a Charity mini session 50% or which will be donated to needy children and families in Ukraine this Spring.

I am glad I decided to make this blue flower before this session

Miss K.'s grandmother did not get a chance to come see her when she was born because she was denied in visa multiple times. I am glad they did not loose hope and she finally got a visa and got a chance to come see her daughter and granddaughter.

This very simple picture reminds me of pictures when I was a baby. You don't have to have much in the picture to tell the story of an affectionate grandmother and her neverending love.

It was Frreezing that day, but the whole family did really well in given conditions.

Charity Drive

This upcoming spring my family is planning on visiting my home country Ukraine. Life is different there. A lot of necessary things that are a given here are hard to come by in Ukraine. My Mom is a medical doctor in Ukraine, I hear a lot about very sick kids who are in need of a very expensive drugs that manufactured in U.S. but of cores they can't afford it. I know I won't have enough means to get everyone everything they need, but I thought I would start somewhere and do something.

I hear and participate in Charity Drives in Eagle Mountain community all the time. I love how people here come together to help those who are in need. Well, someone who is in need here in U.S. is different from people in need in Ukraine.

That is why I wanted to do this Drive where I will donate 50% of all the proceeds that I will make in the months on February and March to the families are truly in need and to those kids in the orphanages and hospitals. After I come back I will share pictures of what we did with the money and who we helped.

This was my first time doing boutique pictures. Let me tell you, IT IS a lot of FUN!

I had three cutest little models that we played dress up with. It was a LOT of work, but editing is just as fun when you have so much color and contrast. I absolutely loved it!

I am so excited to have hands on these beautiful leggings, bloomers and headbands! So if you have a cute little girl like this and want some fabulous pictures taken, I will have most of these accessories available and I can tell you where you can buy them for yourself.

F. Family

A couple of weeks ago I got to meet beautiful F. family. Both Mr. and Mrs. F served their LDS missions in Ukraine. It was great to talk a little Russian and think of home and the people there.

Mr. S was the sleepiest little guys I have photographed in a while. His Mom did a fantastic job preparing for the photo session by frequently feeding and keeping the baby awake till I got there. It worked like magic. As soon as I did our first pose he was out for good. I love it when kids cooperate.

The reasons I LOVE my job:

1. I get a chance to meet great people, kids and families, just like the U. Family.

2. I am not in the office or a studio, it takes me out to the places I have never been before. I get a chance to enjoy the beauty of this earth while I work. I am very lucky.

3. Editing can be a treat if you get a chance to take pictures of good looking families like this one.

Little guys was getting a little upset. So I did not think we would get any pics of his.

Well, at the end of our session, he lightened up a little. I had fun watching Mom and Dad do tricks that parents do to get their little ones to look in the camera. And look at that!

Here are some handsome T. boys that I had a chance to meet a week and a half ago. Yes it has been that long. I have been doing so many photo shoots this season, it has been GREAT! I am loving my Job and people I meet. I just need to catch up with editing and life will be good again.

I am famous for over scheduling myself with work and other activities in my life. I can't say no to a family photo session when the weather is so good. I also try not to leave my family and kids behind because I have to work. So I over schedule, that is what I do and I am so GOOD at it.

Look at this chubby one year old! I just want to squish those soft cheeks.

I have been playing around with Vintage and even thought it is not quite my style, I am warming up to it little by little.

Fun in the Fall

I absolutely Love Fall, I love the smell, the color and the feeling of Fall. There are so many things to do this season.

Two days ago we had a field trip with Moms from Joy School to Hew Haw Farms. It was lots of fun and when kids are having fun, the pictures turn put great as well. So, here are some from our little trip.

A week ago a had a cutest little one ear old Ms. E and her big brother Mr. L come to my house for some pictures. It was so nice not to drive anywhere and to just do this photo shoot from my front lawn.

If you have a one year old make a note : one year olds do best if Mom is close by ( you will say, we knew that) but I mean really close by. At the end of our photo shoot I had Emily just hold Mr. E and that is when we got most of our best smiles. Enjoy.

I am glad we found the use of those sunflowers in the back of my house, they make a nice fall backdrop.

After our trip to Hawaii last Spring I could not stop talking, thinking and dreaming about Hawaii and the beauty there of. Just as I was thinking of how many weddings I needed to do to save enough money to go there again, I got booked to shoot a Polynesian wedding. And let me tell you I was not disappointed! These people know how to throw a party. They have not only fed more then 300 people but also entertained them for the whole night. I can honestly tell you I did not want to leave. It was a lot of fun.

Remember this couple from the early summer?

Well, they are happily married now. It was my pleasure to photograph them after they have been sealed at the Salt Lake Temple. I have done wedding at different Temples like Manti, Jordan River, Oaker Mountain, but there is nothing like Salt Lake Temple. I loved the lighting and the happy new married feeling that was in the air.

I know some of you will not like this, but these prices are going to be in effect from now on. The change of prices will not affect the individuals that have scheduled their appointments.

One person session $100 ( These are great for kids and adults from 6 month and up. This session includes 1 to 1,5 hour with the photographer, all edited images from the session and the permission to print).

Two to three person session $150 (this includes a family of three, or just a session of two to three individuals, all edited images and a permission to print).

Family session up to 5 people $175 (this includes family and group pictures, No individuals. Includes the copyright and all edited images from the session). $25 will be charged for each additional person. $50 nonrefundable deposit is due before the session to book the date.

Family and individual session up to 5 people $200 (includes all of the pictures from your session, plus individual portraits of each member of the family. Photo release included).

Two weeks ago I had a chance to shoot a couple of hours of a beautiful wedding. What a beautiful Temple they have there. My husband and I were married there too so it brought a lot of happy memories. I enjoyed meeting you and spending these first couple of unforgettable hours of your married life. I bet you will LOVE coming back to Manti with your children and showing them where it all began.

I loved this shot.

I had a blast meeting bride and groom and their families. They warned me that they like to be goofy and we had so much fun being goofy. I absolutely loved goofy wedding, it was one of the Best. I wish I could post all of them but you will see them when you get them.

I don't know how I lived before I became a photographer but, I love my job! I love meeting new families and new people. I loved our photo shoot with W. family. You guys have gorgeous kids. This little baby girl is so lucky to have two big brothers to watch over her. I loved seeing their relationships and love for their new sister. It was so tender.

Sorry for the wait, but these are finally done!!! Hooray!!! A week and a half ago we had a session with miss A. She is such a cutie and a true girl. I saw smiles and tears within a minute of each other. Those girl emotions, I know all about them with my five year old (unfortunately they don't go away even them).

Miss A. gave me a run for my money and stressed her mom a little with her sudden mood swings during the photo shoot. But playing peak-a-boo with the door did the trick. I guess all she needed was some play time.

It has been a while since I did a wedding, they have a tendency to intimidate me for one reason or another. But I have decided to brave this side of the photography this summer and try again.

Now I can say I AM so Glad I DID!!!

I absolutely LOVED being a photographer at this couple's wedding. Their families have amazed me with their thoughtfulness and support and since I come from an only child family, I loved seeing how fun a big family can be. Here is a sneak peak of what to come. I did not want to wait any longer. I know a lot of you have been waiting. Now, I still need about one more week to finish editing the rest. I have a houseful of sick kids, so now my job it taking a little longer.

My daughter had a dance recital where they performed Over the Rainbow dance. I love this colorful tutu she got, I can't wait to use it in my photo shoots this summer.

This summer I am offering Princess Mini sessions. Here is how it will work:

Bring your Princess Dressed up in her favorite outfit (tutu, princess dress) and let the fun begin. I will have tutus, head flowers and accessories available as well for a change of outfit. We will play, dance and even have a tea party.

Date July 18th (weather permitting)

There will be Morning and Afternoon Sessions

Mini sessions will last 30 min each for one child, 45 min for 2-3 girls.

I love seeing L. Family come back for their family photo shoots every year. Miss. L is so good at booking my photography sessions each spring right after her son's birthdays. I learn from Moms who are on top of things because I am not.I am a photographer, but I admit, I just barely framed pictures of my kids I took last fall.

Chasing the weather

Last Saturday we scheduled to do an engagement session at Wheeler Farm and of course it was the stormiest day of the week. But Tony and Veronika did not give up, they agreed to brave this unpredictable weather with me and it worked. We drove all the way to Lehi where it was quite dry. Only at the end of our session we got sprinkled. Thanks Veronika and Tony, I had a lot of fun with you two.

Some of us know how hard and time consuming it is to be a mother of a newborn baby. They bring us happiness that we have never felt before and exhaustion we never knew. You might remember the youngest of this family, I took his pictures last year. He is Momma's boy all right even a year later.
I have known the O. family for more them 5 years. Mr.O was our first Bishop when we first moved to Eagle Mountain. I still remember Bishop O. at our house when my first baby was being blessed.

Miss. O is also my daughter's piano teacher. If anybody needs one here is Eagle Mountain, she is Great!

It is amazing how much work can be done when some kids are taking naps as they should. I have finished editing two sessions in a day!!!

This time of the year I love taking kids to Thanksgiving Point to play and have pictures taken. These princesses are the daughters of a friend. We do a trade every year-babysitting for photography. Works out great for me since I need to be gone a lot on the Spring and Summer.

I am so glad we got a couple of pictures of Miss. E. She is a Momma's girl.

I love Spring because it brings hope of better weather (just not this year) and because everybody is due this time of the year. I love doing newborn photography, it is challenging and rewarding.

I haven't done a maternity shoot in a while and forgot how fun it can be. The U. family was a lot of fun. I enjoyed the couple of ours that I spent with you. What a cute little family.

I just spent 4 straight hours finishing editing these pics and usually I can't wait to be done, but not this time.

Every picture that I have opened looked more and more beautiful. Miss. N, how do you do it? I wish I was that good looking when I am 36 weeks pregnant (I wish I was that good looking when I am not pregnant). I totally flet like I was taking pictures of a model. And by the way I loved your idea of black and while contrast photo. It turned put fantastic.

This Thursday I got a chance to spent some time with beautiful baby J. This little baby girl has three older sisters, I can't wait to take their pictures when it gets warmer.

W. family lives couple of houses down the street from us. Her Mom Diedre was so nice at telling everyone about the giveaway I was doing earlier so she won 50% Off her session. Yey for giveaways.

It took just a little bit of feeding to get Miss. J sleeping and we were able to accomplish a lot in this session.

Now, I am not going to be answering calls this upcoming week till Tuesday. My hubby, baby and me leaving for Hawaii really early tomorrow. I think I am going to come back thinner because I hear food and everything else there is extremely there, i guess it will be perfect time to go on a diet.

I am browsing other photography sites today and have noticed something that makes my business different from any other photographers.

A lot of photographers will advertise their starting price, and don't get me wrong I do it too, BUT the BIG difference is that I include EVERYTHING and ANYTHING in that price. Basically EVERYTHING. Let's LIST.

1.My time during the session (I say 1,5 to two hours but most of you that had me at your house had me there for longer that that).

2. Hours of editing, color, B&W, artistic and antique (a lot of times twice as long as the session it).

3. DVD with ALL edited (now High resolutin) pictures.

4. FREE announcement for newborn pictures.

5. Free collages (I spent hours making some of them).

6. And The most Expensive thing that other photographers change from $300 to $600 is a Permission to print.

ALL of that is included in my price.

My friend's sister just had her first baby girl - Avery, what a cutie. A lot of Mom's will be jealous to find out that this 1,5 week old sleeps through the night, how lucky is that. Well, it is good for Mom and Dad, but not so much for the photographer- we only got her sleeping here and there. It is a newborn after all, can't expect them to seep 100% of the day right?

A week and a half ago we had a family and newborn session with my neighbor D. family. You guys have some handsome boys. After two sessions I am happy to see Mr. M in some sleeping poses. He is one awake little baby, well, when the photographer is there. I think I can understand him though, would you sleep if I stared at your face all the time:)
